After careful comparison, it was found that a knitted vest named "wl32s9ae2000" and "Wisteria vest" were almost identical in color and pattern. Ms. Liu said that she released the course of "Wisteria vest" two years ago, If it is plagiarized by some fans, we can understand that ur, as a brand with a complete system, should have the awareness of not plagiarizing.
At present, Ms. Liu has applied for the copyright of "Wisteria vest". However, after consulting relevant people, she found that it will take about one year from the prosecution of ur to the conclusion of the judgment. However, since ur is a fast fashion brand, it is of little significance to sue them.
On September 12, after the incident caused concern, another blogger also sent an article saying that he had been plagiarized by ur, hoping to get a positive reply.
At present, ur officials did not respond to the incident.
At the beginning of this month, ur was fined 20000 yuan for substandard goods and fell into a storm of public opinion. According to the company's app investigation, kuaishang fashion (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., an affiliated company of ur, was fined about 20900 yuan and its illegal income was confiscated of 7140.78 yuan for violating the product quality law.
The cause of punishment shows that the fiber content of the women's denim dress produced by the party concerned is unqualified, and the quality requirements of the filling material for men's down jacket are unqualified. It is reported that the cost of the men's down jacket is 307.17 yuan / piece, and the sales price is 799 yuan / piece; The cost price of women's denim dress was 91.19 yuan / piece, while the sales price was 369 yuan / piece, which was 4 times of the cost price. Ur made a profit of 2222.48 yuan and 4918.3 yuan respectively. This way of encircling money has aroused the disgust of many consumers.
It is worth noting that the quality problem has already become a common problem of fast fashion brands. Sometimes, if you don't pay attention to the quality of the clothing, you will not find out the quality of the clothing.
In recent years, the reputation of fast fashion brands in the public is gradually declining. Many European and American fast fashion brands have withdrawn from China this year. Since July 31, three sister brands of Zara, Bershka, pull & Bear and stradivarus, have closed tmall flagship stores at the same time. In addition, online and offline stores have been closed for more than ten years. These three fast fashion brands have basically bid farewell to China.
Even if fast fashion brands have not withdrawn from China, they are also shrinking their business and streamlining their stores. In 2021, for example, Swedish fast fashion giant H & M closed 60 stores. On March 31 of this year, the official flagship store of momki under H & M was officially closed. Several fast fashion brands, such as new look and Topshop, have also withdrawn from the Chinese market. Weak performance is the direct result of Europe and the United States fast fashion brands to withdraw from China or streamline stores. In July, H & M reported a 28% drop in sales in China.
There is no doubt that fast fashion brands need to examine themselves. After all, products are the core competitiveness.
