In October 11th, the Wuxi Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau issued a decision on the punishment of the tin ring (2019) 68 administrative penalty, which shows that in the environmental law enforcement inspection conducted in June 4th this year, an enterprise named Jiangyin Xingwu Wool Textile Co., Ltd., located in Jiangyin mayor Jing Town, was found to have 8 new stereotypes. The machine was put into operation from May 2016 to May 2018, but has not yet processed three environmental protection procedures at the same time.
According to the relevant provisions of the twenty-third regulations on environmental protection and management of construction projects, the behavior of Xingwu Woolen Textile Co., Ltd. of Jiangyin has constituted an environmental violation, which has been fined by environmental law enforcement departments for 250 thousand yuan, and the penalty is ordered to immediately correct illegal acts.
