According to the announcement of the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council on carrying out the work of excluding the duty goods from the US and Canada (the announcement of the Tax Commission No. [2019]2), approved by the State Council, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council announced the first time that the first batch of tariff goods was added to the US and Canada for the first time, and the first batch of tariff products for the US and Canada was first excluded from the 11 commodities. It has been implemented since September 17, 2019.

Among them, the commodities listed in the list, from September 17, 2019 to September 16, 2020, no longer impose any tariffs imposed on the 301 measures against the United States. The relevant import enterprises shall apply to the Customs within 6 months from the date of promulgation of the list.
