The basic facilities such as roads, landscapes, lighting, water, electricity, gas, communications and public fire services were basically completed. Kindergartens, two restaurants, bus routes and police offices were put into operation, and the medical rooms in Jinshang town health center were renovated.

While promoting the construction of the base, the project headquarters is also actively doing the work of service enterprises, setting up relevant departments such as investment promotion service department, engineering construction department and comprehensive coordination group, and convening regular working meetings every week to solve problems in time and provide nanny and all-round services for enterprises.
