Q: what are the general purchasing channels? Are they inherent channels?
A: in Hangzhou and Wuhan, there are workshops in cooperation, which are inherent channels.
Q: the development of new channels tends to be more of a kind (exhibition or single brand ordering).
A: exhibitions and individual brand orders will be seen. According to Sichuan's consumption power, there are relatively few cooperation with Shenzhen (mainly price and product style).
Q: in what way will the selection of designer brands be considered?
A: the products of the designer's studio tend to be personality oriented, and choose the style from the designer's brand to be more popular.
Q: where is the price range of your products at that stage?
A: the retail price of spring and summer is in the 400-500 interval, and the retail price in autumn and winter is about 1000.
Q: will the designer brand with a higher order price but better price consider cooperation? How can we choose the design brand cooperation?
A: as the extension of the brand, it will consider cooperation. The designer brand must be able to see the eyes, design, wear up and grade, and land.
Q: will you place an order at the exhibition site?
A: the exhibition site is generally to feel the trend of fashion, such as exhibitions in Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou. There are usually very few orders for cooperation. If the product itself and the price are appropriate, cooperation will be considered. The cooperation between the most important demands will be divided into the first line, the second line and the three line to match the number of stores. But at what stage of price will I match different cities, making a distinction between designer brands.
Q: is the order quantity large?
A: this still depends on the product itself. In the past few days, there were ten thousand orders in the studio in Hangzhou, mainly concentrated in 7-8 sections, and more than 1-2 items, as many as several thousand pieces. Besides the style and quality of the clothing itself, it was mainly quantity.
Q: how to solve the replenishment problem?
A: replenishment is the biggest problem. Whether it is a designer studio or a manufacturer's order, replenishment is a problem. Replenishment can reach 30%, which is already very good.
Q: how to treat designer brand?
A: because I used to design, designer brand has personality and style, eye feeling effect is good, but the real sale, because the studio order quantity is small, his price is relatively high, if the clothing is not up to quantity, the production cost will rise.
In fact, it is not how much money the designer makes, it is the cost of production itself that improves. I can understand it, but as a channel or a retailer, they will not consider it this way.
Q: will you consider the agency cooperation of designer brand?
A: at the present stage, it is mainly led by the customers. The cooperation between single brand agents and agents has not been considered for the time being. This year, we will increase the investment in Direct stores. At present, we plan to do 20-30 such scales in Sichuan. When we do a certain quantity, we will consider the introduction of designer single brand.
