The workers in the red collar factory are no longer in office hours, but the red collar data system will automatically arrange 19 data automatically.

The red collar production plant is more like a computer driven organism. Each worker has a computer identification terminal in front of his work station.

Wang Juan is in charge of the first process of the factory production process. According to Zhao Jing, manager of the administrative reception center, the electronic tag uses the radio frequency technology of RFID to record all the order data on the magnetic card. Each electronic magnetic card is backed by customers with unique requirements.

After completing the version matching, the red collar data system will automatically pmit the information to the cloth department. According to the ratio of the length to width of the fabric, the most economical cloth cutting and arranging method can be calculated.

According to the fabric needs of the clothes displayed on the terminal, Zhang Jun only needs to put their predetermined materials on the cutting bed. Click confirm that the machine bed will be automatically clipped by laser positioning.

After the tailoring, Mr. Zhang will clip the different sizes of fabrics and linings on the hangings above the workshop, and the electronic tags attached to customer information will also be linked to these fabrics.

The fabric chosen by David is a blue blue suede British fabric Scabal 's, which has a blue background cartoon pattern, while Rory uses dark grey Italy fabric Piana Loro, and the lining is orthodox grey. Two people's material also starts to flow automatically between 400 different sized processes.

Before receiving the clothes, each worker needs to scan the electronic tags they wear, and do different processing according to the process standards and data displayed on the terminals such as pockets, sleeves, embroidery, etc., but each terminal has only the data needed in the respective duties, and the irrelevant data are automatically shielded by the system.

Zhong Yunfang's job is to do the Cufflinks sewing. When David's clothes flow to her, he swipe card shows that he has ordered purple eyeliner, 6 hidden blue cufflinks, Rory requires black eyeliner, and four black cufflinks.

Above Zhong Yunfang's work place, there are 7 rows of stitches and 15 rows of stitches of different colors. Each time she needs to change the thread according to the different colors of the guests.

Zhou Ying's embroidery is also the most interesting part of the factory. The red collar custom made suit can be embroidered in the fixed position of the chest, such as the position of the chest, cuffs, collar and so on. Usually the guests will choose to retain the fabric brand on the left chest position while the right side will stab the desired word or pattern.

At Zhou Ying's terminal, David wanted to stab "David&Tina 09-05-11" in the right breast position, while Rory was scheduled to stab "In God We Trust".

The red collar factory has been completed on both sides of the channel.

Now the red collar workshops are equipped with HD cameras for monitoring the process, and the customer's electronic tags will be punched every time they go to a process.

"In the future, as long as the red collar is allowed to open access, guests can directly open their web pages or cell phone App, see which process they are progressing to, and even know which worker is operating in every process of their clothing."

Finally, David and Rory's suits will be delivered to them through UPS air shipping, and they will be delivered in October 24th, 7 days after the order.

Xu Fangxiao said, "customizing Western-style clothes usually takes three to six months."

It took 10 years for Zhang to complete the process.
