about

Sensitizing dye

At present, there are more mature methods for detection. Because the sensitized dyes that need to be tested are disperse dyes, the foreign testing institutions are mostly tested according to the German standard of disperse dyes DIN 54231.

These standards generally use methanol solution at 70 degrees Celsius for ultrasonic extraction, and then filtered by organic filtration membrane, then directly detected by HPLC and liquid chromatography mass spectrometry.

The solvent loss can not be avoided in the environment of up to 70 degrees, resulting in poor reproducibility of the test results. [3]., secondly, if it is difficult to be accurately identified by high performance liquid chromatography, the quality of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS) is greatly improved, but the price is high, and it is difficult to popularize.

Textile auxiliaries are various and different in nature, so the detection is very complicated.

It is difficult to detail the different methods for different auxiliaries residues, and most of the auxiliaries are not standardized, even lack of relevant research and reports. It is necessary for the workers to conduct in-depth research. Generally speaking, the following steps can be taken for testing: first, according to the physical and chemical properties of the target and the specific conditions of fiber binding, the suitable solvents and extraction methods are selected.

Common technologies include constant temperature oscillation, ultrasonic extraction and cable extraction, and new rapid extraction and solid phase extraction.

The extraction process should be stable, reliable, reproducible, accurate, and meet the requirements of the analytical instruments used.

Secondly, select suitable analytical instruments according to the target and pre-treatment matrix.

At present, the common analytical instruments include ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer, gas chromatography, GC-MS, liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.

Because

Textile industry

Most of the auxiliaries used are polymer active substances which can be detected at room temperature, and the qualitative and quantitative methods are more accurate.

At present, the national standards for the determination of surfactants in many textiles, including alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, are available in China, and can be determined by liquid chromatography mass spectrometry.

Other organochlorine compounds such as organotin compounds and other organotin compounds can meet the test requirements by GC-MS.

For the releasable allergens, because these substances are converted from other complex sources in general, they do not exist in normal conditions and generally have low boiling points. Special detection methods are needed.

At present, there is no clear detection method at home and abroad. Only some standards have proposed some methods for determining volatile substances at room temperature.

In practice, we used large volume headspace GC-MS detection and achieved good results.

The specific method is to place the sample in a large volume sealed container, heating up the decomposition of the corresponding complex substances, then introducing inert gas purging, gradually replacing the sensitized material, and then enriching it in a cryogenic adsorption trap, then heating it again, so that the enriched allergens can be quickly introduced into the GC-MS.

This method is widely applicable, simple to operate, environmentally friendly and accurate. It can be regarded as a fast and reliable detection method.

Although it has aroused widespread public concern, environmental degradation has not been effectively curbed around the world.

Under this trend, the number of allergic people in the world is increasing rapidly, and it is difficult to treat.

It is a more practical way to avoid allergies and avoid exposure to allergies.

But because of

textile

It is closely related to the human body, and the allergenic sources are diverse and difficult to distinguish.

Therefore, for the textile industry, in addition to strictly monitoring the production process, we need to further study the relevant inspection technology, so as to better improve product performance and protect consumers' health.
