The so-called "Three Guarantees" refers to the short selling of goods sold by retailers, including package repair, replacement and refund. This is a credit guarantee method within a certain period after the commodity enters the consumption field, and the seller is responsible for the buyer's goods. However, in the "Three Guarantees" of footwear products, it is not easy to get a refund service. "The same is sports shoes. Why is there so much difference in the" three package "requirement? Carefully, Ms. Zhang bought two pairs of different brands of sneakers for her children, and immediately discovered that there were quite a lot of "tricky things": "Lining shoes stipulate that the" three pack "period is generally three months. After purchasing shoes, 7 days later, the quality problems can be returned, and 15 days later, the quality problems can be changed. Double star shoes have not made any provision for refund. Is this after sale service standard complete? Reporters in the Nanchang footwear market survey found that the "Three Guarantees" Regulations are made by the manufacturer or the company's own warranty. These Regulations are multifarious and incomprehensible. The first item in some brand quality assurance cards is "shoes sold in the shop", followed by a parenthesis "exclusive price"; in some brands of shoes, the "three package" stipulates that there are not "three packages" in the "equivalent goods and specials". In Shanghai's clothing and footwear "three package" regulations, different "Three Guarantees" validity periods are stipulated for different prices of commodities: 50 yuan and 100 yuan less than 50 yuan snow for 30 days, 100 yuan or more points containing 100 yuan of snow for 90 days, 300 yuan or more points with 300 yuan snow for 300 days. At the same time, 12 quality problems such as degumming and cracking are enumerated. The above quality problems can be returned within 7 days from the date of sale, and can be replaced or repaired within 15 days.
