In July 2011, Jin Ni gave birth to her daughter and became her mother for the second time.
Her eldest son is 14 years old, and Kim Ni is self mockery that he is very early married.
"When I gave birth to my son, I graduated for three years and helped some cosmetics business in my home. I didn't want to get any direction in my career. When I gave birth to my daughter, my whole life pattern was different. I wanted to give it away."
The Wenzhou girl graduated from Tianjin College of Light Industry and worked for two years in a clothing company in Beijing. Then she went back to Hangzhou to help with the family cosmetics business. She married and had children from Cai Ruqing, who was born and recognized, and grew up with her childhood. With the expansion of the cosmetics company's territory, she moved to Guangzhou. After several years, she made her wish in the early years and set up her own clothing brand.

Living in a way of inner identification
In 2003, Jin Ni began to try to make his own clothing brand.
"I like fashion since I was little, and I haven't learned fashion design since I graduated from university. I have been thinking about it since graduation."
The first idea of Jin Ni was to be a buyer, to gather some brands from abroad, and to open fashion boutiques.
"At that time, my husband said in a joke that he felt like a buyer, like a peddler, carrying a large bag to Europe to buy goods. He encouraged me to do his own brand."
Because before making cosmetics brand, think big and different, one head in.
It took months to recruit and form a team. In March 8, 2004, Mo&Co. opened, and she remembered it very well on the day of "38".
In the first year, it was a smooth accident. She made her own beautiful clothes. She relied on her years of accumulated taste. Her clothes were mainly neutral, cool, and black and white.
"Do not understand, do not feel difficult, do not know what difficulties ahead will encounter, the first season of clothing, although good to sell, but the quality of a lot of problems, the version is not very good, or because of unprofessional.
There is a book called "the shepherd boy's fantasy trip". I have a deep impression in it: "when God wants you to do something, it will start to give you some sweetness."
At the beginning of the second quarter, there were all kinds of suggestions to join the business continent. The result of psychological swaying and turbulence made those clothes lose their style and sales failed.
Nearly two years ago, the company has been losing money. When it was the worst, Jin Ni didn't dare to look at the report, and could not sleep all night.

She said she never believed in the legend which often circulated in the market that success is suddenly reversed by the flash of an entrepreneur.
"You have to have a strong support force. For me, he is backing, allowing me to burn money continuously and lose it like that. My husband did not say a word of blame, and he set out a way to burn me down."
Having listened to too many opinions, and concerned about the preferences of the market, and invited the design director from outside, they failed to make things better.
Jin Ni simply went out and did exactly what he liked, believing in his instincts. Anyway, things could no longer be bad.
The end of the confused state, and no longer rely on foreign design director, Jin Ni personally stop by the sex to do their favorite clothes, looking for the real style of their own.
In 2008, the book was at last flat. Jin said she felt like she was born again. There was a pile of clothes that she could not sell in the warehouse. She shook her head helplessly: "all eyes are over the tuition fees."
The style of Mo&Co. is very similar to that of the first season. Cai Ruqing, who sat next to Jin Ni for a long time, said, "I looked at her and found that there was no right and wrong in it. You couldn't tell what was the most market, and the designer had to be partial to her preferences. Now the whole company is relying on her preferences. What she likes is right, not like it is not right, but more importantly, it is able to persist.

In 2010, Mo&Co. began working with the famous model Freja, without considering the market factors. Jin Ni simply liked her style.
"I do things very casual and feel that her temperament is very suitable for my brand.
Freja flew to China for the two time. It's cool for a person to take nothing.
During this season, we met her again in Paris fashion week. We talked about the annual meeting of the company in 2011. We will make a form of charity auction. After listening to it, she gave her own collection of photographers' autograph "Alexander McQueen:Savage Beauty" to us as a charity product.
For Mo&Co. Jin Ni, she is absolutely fanatical. She knows that she is not the kind of person who can use two things with all her heart, so it is enough to have the best thing in life.
