For this type of employees, managers should let them take part in special projects, or even do them.

Leadership allows them to constantly rotate jobs so that they can generate new impetus for their work.


Taciturn employees.

This type of employee has no problem in work and can cope with most of the tasks.

But they do not share ideas in group meetings or join group projects.

For such employees: managers should let them cooperate with those who are confident and confident, or constantly arrange for people to do more demanding jobs and change their behavior.


Trade union representative employees.

Employees of this type often feel that labor relations are a constant struggle, so it is their duty to stick to principles and fight with management.

For this type of employee.

Managers should not argue with each other about the contradictions between their realities and ideals, but directly discuss business with them.


A large number of employees.

This type of employees often fail to fully develop their talents. Managers do not delegate their work to their employees, and they are "overdirected" in their work.

For this type of employees: managers should listen to their suggestions for more responsibilities and appoint them as leaders.


Unbearable heavy duty staff.

This type of staff is not competent for their work, and often can not complete the task.

The reason may be poor skills, but further training is still useless.

For this type of employees: managers should match them with those "big enough" staff, arrange their work within the scope of their competence, adjust their positions in the team, or consider dismissing them.

To sum up, for managers, different employees should take different countermeasures so that the team can exert the greatest effect.
