Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology Students Won The National Model Competition Awards

"The three Taishan Chinese mainland," the first college fashion model invitational tournament recently ended in Tai'an, Shandong.

The competition is guided by the Taiwan provincial Affairs Office of the Shandong provincial government and the Art Committee of the Shandong Provincial Education Department, the Taiwan Affairs Office of the Tai'an Municipal People's government, the Tai'an Scenic Area Management Committee and the Shandong Vocational Institute of Clothing Technology jointly organized. The aim is to further strengthen cooperation and exchanges between the three colleges and universities across the Straits, disseminate Chinese dress culture, show the elegant demeanour of contemporary university students, and test the achievements of school education and teaching, highlighting the artistic characteristics.

A total of 34 contestants from 21 universities in Taiwan, Hongkong, Macao and the mainland entered the finals. They interpreted their understanding of clothing with elegant temperament and professional performances. Finally, Lv Meijie, a freshman majoring in fashion arts and engineering, won the runner up. Han Hong hoped for the most potential prize.

The first national college students' fashion show competition Invitational Competition was staged at Dalian Polytechnic University.

The competition is the supporting content of the 2010 Teaching Committee of the textile and clothing teaching steering committee of the Ministry of education, and is sponsored by the Ministry of education's textile and clothing teaching steering committee and the China Institute of textile and clothing education.

As the most extensive, authoritative and professional model competition in China, the event will undoubtedly become the vane of the development of the domestic model industry. While maintaining the competitive content of the traditional model competition, it will also increase the overall quality of professional quality and become a platform for the exchange of teaching achievements in universities.

With outstanding performance and strong professional foundation, Peng Shiyao, a 06 class student in performance major, won the best performance award. The 09 grade student won the best performance award and the best T performance award.
